Industry Moves Round Up: MySpace Music, Yahoo, Comcast SportsNet Chicago and Turbine, Inc

 
—MySpace Music : NewsCorp's online behemoth picks up their new SVP of Strategy from another online behemoth. Sam Wick (pictured, right), who comes directly from his post as VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at AOL's Platform-A ( NYSE: TWX ), will be in charge of making sure MySpace Music brings in as much money as possible, while spending that money wisely. His previous job experience at AOL's Userplane, MP3.com and Sony ( NYSE: SNE ) Music should help him out. —Yahoo: He doesn't arrive at his new job until July, but it's already shaping up to be a good 2009 for Eric Brown, the former VP of Corporate Relations at NetApp. Brown is the new VP of of Global Communications at Yahoo ( NSDQ: YHOO ) after a highly successful (and visible) rebranding of NetApp in which Fortune named the company the "Best Company to Work for in America." —Comcast SportsNet Chicago: The TV home of most of the Windy City's major league teams has hired T.K.
